vtONE Fall 2010 Worship Event: Thank Yous and More…

THE vtONE FALL 2010 WORSHIP EVENT:

- The vtONE Fall 2010 Worship Event was such an AMAZING time of united prayer and worship in the body of Christ at Virginia Tech. We were so blessed to have people join us from other campuses, as well as several ministries/churches in the New River Valley.
- Instead of a speaker, we had video interview testimonies of students sharing parts of their lives, their relationships with God, as well as a few other things they are passionate about. Their stories were honest and encouraging, and we are so grateful that they allowed us to share their stories with our community.

JUSTICE/SERVICE/OUTREACH ORGANIZATIONS:

vtONE Spring 2010 Worship Event – TODAY!!!

Hello Everyone,

In just a few hours, we will be kicking off the vtONE Spring 2010 Campus-wide Worship Event.

We are so blessed that the vision of united worship and prayer that started so many years ago is still such an important part of our community.

We hope that you will join us this evening as we lift up the name of Jesus Christ together! Our God is awesome, and He loves it when His children come together in unity.

John 17:22,23 (part of a prayer Jesus prayed for us) – NASB
-22- “The glory which you have given Me I have given to them, that they may be as one, just as We are one;”
-23- “I in them and You in Me, that they may be perfected in unity, so that the world may know You sent Me, and loved them, even as You have loved Me.”

We hope to see you tonight!

Uniting His campus for His glory,

vtONE

ABOUT PASSION:

Passion has been around since 1997. It exists to glorify God by uniting students in worship and prayer for a spiritual awakening in this generation. From the beginning, Passion has been rooted in the confession of Isaiah 26:8: “Yes Lord, walking in the way of Your truth we wait eagerly for You, for Your name and renown are the desire of our souls.”

A Brief Excerpt from Passion’s website: “God longs to bring awakening to every campus, mobilizing the students of today to finish the task of global evangelization in this generation. God is calling us out for this purpose, in this moment, for His renown.”

We believe this is such an awesome opportunity for our region to come worship together and experience God together. So, once again:Â SPREAD THE WORD!!! – INVITE EVERYONE!!!
